My name is Todd, and I teach practical and simplified principles in Zen, martial arts and Self mastery to help others achieve their healthiest and happiest life.
I have been a Zen and martial arts practitioner, student and teacher for over 40 years and I try to bring simplicity to these arts to help people attain a healthier and more vibrant mind, body and spirit.
I focus on teaching practical and useful movements, while unlocking deeper mind and spirit—helping people awaken to their truest nature. The spirit of Zen and the martial arts is both powerful and beautiful. I provide a gentle & simple path to enlightenment and Self mastery.
